General Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Recognised Certificate in the relevant field subject.

• Good communication and analytical skills, able to interact with people of all levels.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Project Coordination - Coordinate daily on-site activities across multiple projects as assigned by the Project Manager (PM). Ensure all works adhere to project schedules, approved designs, and required quality standards.
• Site Supervision - Supervise subcontractors and workers on site, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship.
• Quality & Safety Compliance - Ensure all activities comply with project requirements and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards. Address and resolve safety or quality issues promptly.

Requirements

• Skills: Proficiency in both English and Chinese is desirable. (In order to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.)
