Job Description

• Providing administration support to the PUB Officers/Engineers/Manager.
• Monitoring and following up of site purchase orders, Delivery Orders and Invoicing
• Coordination between HQ, Site Team and Client
• Self-motivated and effective in a team setting and individually.
• Team player
• Weekly site visit
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of admin experience
• Min Diploma or above
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm to learn and the ability to work in a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Malay
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at spreadsheets and file management system
• Able to work independently
• Experience in Construction industry is an advantage
• Able to commence work within short notice is an advantage

• Supervise and manage day-to-day on-site operations for mechanical and building services projects.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, contractors, and site teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
• Ensure that all mechanical and building systems are installed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, relevant codes, and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with site-specific requirements.
• Manage and mitigate risks associated with site activities, ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to ensure timely availability on-site.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of as-built drawings, operation manuals, and other project documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and ensure team development and training.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all stages of the project.
