• Manage and build relationships with subject matter stakeholders within the business and externally to execute engaging thought leadership content across the 5 core 2025 APAC digital and thought leadership campaigns.
• Collaborate with individual countries’ commercial and marketing team with strategies formulation and Business planning
• Strategize, analyse, and execute digital marketing including social media marketing and work with internal teams to execute.
• Monitor and evaluate digital performance across the region for actionable insights and decision making that contribute to business development.
• Oversee social media strategy and engage relevant stakeholders to build strong brand presence and affinity in the region.
• Improve and utilize established standard operating processes and procedures (SOPs) for activating marketing promotions and programs.
• Primary point of contact and coordination for APAC regional marketing vendor (agency) relationships.
• Prepare and present reports across key digital marketing and other indicators.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree required with 5 - 7 years relevant marketing experience.

· APAC experience preferred

· A self-starter who has demonstrated experience in managing Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing and Corporate Communications

· Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines

· Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships

· Pharmaceutical and CRO experience will be advantageous in the role

Job Resoibsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and act as primary fund administration client relationship manager for fund accounting and other related services
• Be actively involved in business development to pitch for new client engagements
• Set up the fund administrative services workflow and best practices, including evaluation of any fund accounting software where necessary
• To handle all fund accounting activities which includes periodic financial statements, partner allocations, NAV calculations, annual reporting requirement, and capital activity statements etc
• Assist in investor reporting, partner capital account statements, capital calls, distribution, equalization notices and client reporting are prepared and disseminated correctly
• To provide support in multiple asset classes and funds
• Develop strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholder including fund managers, investors, auditors, tax agents etc
• Other ah-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (preferably in fund houses and fund administrators)
• Strong knowledge of report standards including IFRS, SFRS and RAP 7.
• Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable and meticulous to figures and driven to meet deadlines.

• Lead and manage design Consultant teams to deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget.
• Oversee the entire design process, from concept through to detailed design and construction documentation.
• Ensure designs meet project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and engineers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on design-related matters.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure client requirements are accurately captured and reflected in the design.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of design.
• Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct regular design audits and peer reviews to maintain quality and consistency.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards and ensure designs are adapted accordingly.
• Provide technical leadership and expertise in civil engineering or architecture.
• Resolve complex design challenges and technical issues.
• Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or architecture.
• Proven experience in managing design teams on complex projects.
• Experience in the design of multi-storey bus depots or similar structures is preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) status.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM).
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
