Our company is seeking an experienced food production manager to oversee our food production operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing staff, overseeing production processes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• Develop solutions following defined standards and high quality
• Ensure Code quality, delivery and maintenance with non-regression
• Study, evaluate and provide feedback on functional specifications in terms of technical feasibilities and efficiencies of the solutions
• Manage the application designs, involve in hands development of cloud native solutions

• Proactive monitoring of critical payment system at the applicative level to avoid unjustified downtime of these systems and incidents around those
• Provide the technical solutions (like quick-win utilities) to support the analysis or testing activities in order to reduce/eliminate manual efforts of the team, wherever feasible
• Manage/Co-ordinate with Vendor Development team on their deliverables.
• Review/Challenge the Vendor team on their technical/solutioning approach.
• Influence & Ensure that vendor follows CACIB best practices on Software Factory

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experiences in Java-J2EE/cloud native software engineering, ideally in a banking environment with cash management / Payments processing domain, with at least 3-4 years of experience in cloud native / Kubernetes & Docker development, Streaming development on Hadoop platform will be added advantage.

Functional

• Basic understanding of payments and cash management domain and related software product development
• Work on complex systems and a challenging international work environment
• Good understanding of SDLC, with experience on at least one agile and design methodology (Scrum, XP, TOGAF…).
• At least one vendor Payment processing Product implementation knowledge (GPS, TPH, GPP, OPF etc.)

Technical

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in web and stand-alone application design & development with Java/JEE/big data technologies in Unix/Linux environment.
• Strong ability to lead 5-8 technology enthusiasts

The Assistant Manager, Development (Campaigns) works closely with the fundraising team to implement comprehensive, public-facing fundraising campaigns for the Singapore Symphony Group (SSG). This includes project management of the year-end mass appeal, the annual fundraising dinner’s appeal, and other evolving campaigns to support SSG’s development strategies.

The Assistant Manager, Development (Campaigns) plays a key role in driving the success of mass fundraising efforts and has opportunities to use creativity in shaping SSG’s fundraising initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

CAMPAIGN SPECIFIC

– Receive key campaign messaging from Managers.

– Collaborate with the relevant Manager overseeing the campaign to project manage (plan, develop, execute, report, and analyze) mass fundraising campaigns, including the Year-End Appeal, Symphony Ball Appeal, and other assigned fundraising campaigns to meet campaign financial goals. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Oversee and manage updates to the relevant fundraising webpages, to maximize the effectiveness of online fundraising methods, including but not limited to the SSO’s website, SSO’s giving.sg site, Benevity and other platforms.
• Oversee and manage the segmentation of donors according to campaign types to ensure targeted messaging.

RESEARCH

• Perform basic donor research on prospective and new donors to create donor dossiers.
• Research best practices for mass fundraising campaigns and work with the department to adapt them according to trends and perceptions to suit the company’s needs.
• Support grant research and proposal development.

OTHERS

• Handle any other matters essential to maintaining sponsors, donors and potential donors satisfaction with the company’s professionalism.
• Assist with other development, promotional, or publicity events for the company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree holder.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising campaigns, communications, or related fields, with a proven track record in project management. Experience in the arts is an advantage.
• Strong communication (written & spoken) and proficiency in MS Office; fluency in other widely used languages is an advantage.
