The Opportunity
This role will manage key partnerships programs across FB and IG in APAC and EMEA and will collaborate with Music Label Partnerships and Content Marketing teams to ensure coordinated and best-in-class program opportunities for our partners.

• Partner with Music Labels Partnerships teams to ensure a comprehensive music strategy that supports our efforts to connect the global community (more linked with Reels marketing program and strategy)

Your Background

• 5+ years of experience in the music industry, including in a program management, project management, partner management, operations or equivalent function

• Experience in digital marketing + music industry background, data analysis or performance marketing
• BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, cultural management

OPERATIONAL

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Ensure that restaurants/bars are financially successful as independent profit centres - by driving and soliciting business opportunities.
• Fully responsible and accountable for the restaurant revenue and profitability, to ensure that the operational budget is adhered to and that all costs are controlled and expenditures pre-approved.
• Continuously seek ways to maximise revenue and profit through sales calls, networking events, partnerships and cooperation.
• Coordinate with Business Development – F&B Team any event enquiries, and perform all the necessary follow-up to ensure all events are carried out successfully; Maintain an active trace/follow-up system on all personal sales calls.
• Coordinate efficiently all event sales-related responses with Business Development – F&B Team with the aim of ‘closing the deal’.
• Create and update all restaurant online/offline information alongside Sales & Marketing Team, and distribute necessary information and write-ups internally and externally.
• Establish good rapport with guests, maintain good relationships and handle all feedback, requests and enquiries on food, beverage and service.
• Develop and refine a comprehensive mailing list/database for clients in conjunction with room-side mailchimp database, and maintain a regular communication to this database on the F&B offers of the hotels to encourage new and repeat business.
• Maintain/monitor all online booking platforms, including but not limtied to Chope, HGW.
• Maintain/monitor alongside Sales & Marketing Team all-Digital marketing/booking platforms for Restaurants e.g., Facebook; IG; YouTube; EDMs; Chope, Quandoo, HungreyGoWhere, STB/TIH, and Websites to be populated with relevant posts about Restaurant.
• Proactively remain relevant in media by providing new events/articles/photos to various publication

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize cluster rooms revenue, as well as maintain accuracy of information and enhance automation efforts in reservation system.

This is a senior, consultative sales coaching role reporting to the Senior Director of the GTM Shared Services Business Office. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in Sales and Sales Leadership in complex portfolio-driven organisations and adjacent, similar markets. The focus of this role is to programmatically execute Sales Coaching by leveraging Sales Planning methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC) to accelerate revenue growth, optimise resource leverage, and achieve portfolio selling sales outcomes.

In this role you will partner with Sales Leadership to drive sales productivity and performance in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment. Leveraging the framework of Sales Planning Motions, you will work with account teams and sales leaders in a regular selling motion to achieve desired portfolio selling outcomes in our largest accounts.

Your recent field sales experience enables you to build credibility with field teams. Proficient, thoughtful and insightful capacity to conduct and coach through strategic account/deal/opportunity reviews and territory planning is critical to this role's success. Delivery of these services across GTM functions with a customer-centric approach and an eye on diverse portfolio sales outcomes will be your primary focus. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business teams to integrate ByteDance self-developed LLM into new and existing product offerings and services; identify room for improvement of Global Seed LLM from studies of user behaviors and feedback.

2. Collaborate with technical teams to precisely define the data requirements necessary for aligning Large Language Models (LLMs) across global markets.
