Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA with at least 5 years in a related role. Good knowledge of GST, withholding tax and corporate tax.
• Experience with handling budget and reporting for multiple cost centres and divisions within a single company. Prior working experience in a service-related organization or construction industry will be advantageous.
• Team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude. Self-motivated, meticulous, keen attention to details and comfortable with handling detailed and voluminous financial reports and committed to deadlines.
• Applied knowledge of Oracle, EPM and Hyperion Financial Management and advanced EXCEL skills.
• Good verbal and written communication, comfortable communicating with multiple senior leaders.
• Adaptable and able to work under pressure, good personal efficiency, can-do attitude.

Job Description & Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES :·

. Coordinate with various government/utility agency for initial site clearance.

. Liaise with all agencies and authorities such as LTA, Town Councils, PUB, SPPG, SP PowerGas, NParks, Starhub & Singtel, M1 and etc to facilitate the work progress.·

. Review, plan and schedule the site activities for diversion works·

. To coordinate with client/ consultants / QP (S)on any discrepancy on drawings or specifications·

. Conduct site inspection from time to time

. Report on daily issues to Construction Manager.

. To coordinate subcontractor meeting for utilities work·

. To obtain approval and official submission from relevant authorities for any services diversion and traffic diversion within the work site·

. Supervise excavation related work related to utility.

. Supervise civil works.

REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :·

.Tertiary Education in Civil Engineering fields

. Min 5 years related experience in relevant fields with at least 2 years experience in coordination with utilities agencies for projects of similar scale, complexity and nature of works.

. Able to work shift works when required
