The Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for the profitability of the outlet. He/she performs outlet-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back office support. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company's accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain a complete and accurate set of accounts.
• Oversee timely monthly and year-end closing processes.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the accounts team.
• Prepare journal entries for revenue, expenses, and related party transactions.
• Review and reconcile bank statements.
• Coordinate with the back office to address client inquiries and resolve disputes.
• Assist with audit preparations, including schedules and documentation.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong understanding of local accounting and tax laws.
• Meticulous attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a strong ability to multitask.
