Daily Operations

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining a safe, cost-effective and environmentally sound operation standard in compliance with OSM Thome as well as International Marine regulations for a given number of vessels.

• Liaise with the Insurance Manager (or Principals) in H&M claims handling. Provide technical input, and cost information, if required, for P&I claims (cargo and crew) and H&M claims.

Crewing

• Make performance evaluations of Masters/ Chief Engineers assigned to the vessel under supervision.

• Provide input to the Manning Department on recruitment of Senior Officers for the assigned vessels.

Dry Docking & Repairs

• Plan, manage, monitor and execute vessels repairs, dry dockings and conversions within agreed budgets.

• Arrange and follow up repairs and services.

• Coordinate with the assigned vessels and prepare the dry-docking specification in conjunction with Docking Superintendent, Fleet Services. Submit the specification to yards for quotations, evaluate the received quotations and present them to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for review.

• Attend the dry-docking, discuss shipyard invoicing before presenting same to the Fleet Group Manager and/or Chief Operating Officer for approval.

Telco Ecosystem Partnerships Team at Meta is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to manage some of our key mobile operator & ecosystem relationships in select countries in APAC.

In this role, you will work with your regional and global program and product teams to develop, scale and manage our product-based partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in partner management and the ability to synthesize and execute against complex problems and timelines.

You will be responsible for coordinating the go-to-market of new and existing partnership programs, and driving the implementation of best practices to maximize program impact for Meta and partners in your region. Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Telecom industry with extensive experience dealing with partners
• Experience working independently and delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up like environment
• Knowledge of Telco business models and Internet/consumer technology
• Mobile product management skills and experience
• Experience turning vague concepts and asks into well-documented and effective business metrics and insights
• Experience communicating and working effectively with cross functional teams and ability to influence key stakeholders
• Experience delivering results in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
