Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma with specialization in Events Management, Mass Communication or Project Management preferred
• Preferably at least 4 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in the field of Events, Entertainment or Exhibition
• Strong interest in the music/entertainment or exhibition industry and possess great knowledge in music trends
• Great attention to detail, is highly responsible and takes pride and ownership in work done
• Excellent people managing skills
• Highly independent and resourceful team player with impeccable integrity
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, quick problem-solving, time management, and planning and organisational skills
• Able to multitask, work well in a diverse and dynamic environment and under pressure during events
• Fluent in written and spoken English; other language proficiency such as Mandarin/ Korean/ Cantonese is a plus given that you will be interacting with artiste and team who are from other countries and might only speak comfortably in their native language
• Comfortable and have readiness to work longer and irregular hours including weekends during event period

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish / optimize infrastructure design and enhance existing processes to meet business goals

• Plan and coordinate the functions of Infrastructure, Network and EUC

• Identify customer and operational needs of multiple on-premises and cloud-based solutions, serving as a subject-matter expert and trusted source to management, supervising and evaluating the performance of assigned staff

• Oversee and deliver reliable IT infrastructure, Network, and EUC operations with established metrics, KPIs and SLOs

• Maintain and evaluate Lifecycle management of infrastructure hardware

• Deliver operational excellence and infrastructure best practices for both on-prem and Azure setup

• Identify hardware, software, external service cost estimates, and resource requirements to meet assigned project scopes and objectives.

• Works closely with internal users, partners to proactively manage all Infrastructure, Network and EUC topics and requests

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Studies or Information Technology or related discipline

• Strong knowledge of hardware and networking

• Minimum 8 years experience

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• Ability to communicate across different functions and levels of audiences

• Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, with good problem-solving skill.

• Fundamental Cybersecurity knowledge on perimeter defense

• Knowledge in OT setup is an advantage

• Knowledge in architectural and construction industry is an advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide foot reflexology, shoulder and hand massage to customers
• Provide foot reflexology, massage services to customers
• To perform all treatments correctly and professionally.
• Prepare treatment rooms to the standard given.
• Make the guest feel welcome.
• Work closely with team to handle day to day operations including rostering, dissemination of company updates in a timely & accurate manner
• Ability to identify issues / shortfall of business and provide suggestions / solutions to improvise
• Top quality customer service, problem solving for both internal & external customers including vendors.
• Anticipate the types of services that clients would most enjoy and benefit from and implement these types of services into their establishments.
• Work closely with the marketing team to assist with promotion & sales campaign tracking
• Explore business collaborations opportunities
• Assist in hiring when needed
• Manage stock inventory with respective team mates
