Responsibilities:

· Assist the site manager and construction manager to coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project

· Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule

· Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO

· Conduct quality checks before, during and after installation complete

· Manage subcontractors and ensure they can work in a safe and productive conditions

Requirements:

· Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

· Min 2 years relevant experience in the related field for this position

· Be able to work independently with minimum guidance

· Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company.

· Preferably Possess Certificate of the Appointed Person-Lifting Operations from IES Academy is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and lead the operations team to ensure efficiency
• Involve in process improvement initiatives
• Work with management to develop long term plans
• Manage resources and budget
• Involve in projects
• Ensure site safety are enforced
• Ensure operations employees are trained on SHE and regulatory training to perform their roles effectively
• Employ innovative and critical-thinking in optimising processes, procedures and implement initiatives that create value in creating enhanced effectiveness and efficiency in the organisation

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of operations experience with 5 years of leadership experience.
• Chemical / Petrochemical site experience
