The RAQA Manager is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance and quality affair functions within the organization. The RAQA Manager will work closely with the Head of RAQA and cross- functionally with teams including R&D, Product Development and Operations teams to ensure regulatory requirements and regulatory strategies are effectively implemented and quality systems are maintained and improved.

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Prepare good quality technical documentation.

(b) Manage regulatory submissions for pre-market product registration, renewals, and amendments to ensure timely market entry and compliance.

(c) Stay up to date on evolving regulations and guidelines and provide guidance to internal teams on regulatory landscape.

(d) Monitor post- market surveillance and timely reporting to regulatory authorities.

(e) Prepare and support internal audits, regulatory inspections and audits by notified body, regulatory agencies, partners, and addressing any findings or non- compliance issues that arise.

(f) Support supplier management and audits.

(g) Manage and maintain the effectiveness of Quality Management System (ISO 13485).

(h) Develop, implement and maintain SOPs and quality processes.

(i) Provide training to employees on regulatory and quality requirements.

(j) Responsible for database, processes and systems within RAQA.

Qualifications and Competency

(a) At least Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or a related field.

(b) At least 5 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs and quality affairs in medical device industry.

(c) In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (US FDA, EU MDR, TGA, SG HSA etc)

(d) Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO 13485, GMP, regulatory and quality standards

(e) Excellent project management, organizational and problem solving skills

(f) Strong attention to details with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

(g) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

(h) Proficient in Microsoft Office

(i) Background in medical device manufacturing would be an added advantage.

Position Overview:

Qualifications:

About The Job

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Innovation Programmes, the position works with the various Programme Managers (PMs) in meeting the centre’s objectives to advance the development, proliferation, and adoption of proven innovative learning solutions. The appointee will be part of the team to conduct evaluation of grant proposals to ascertain their innovation value and eligibility for funding support. RESPONSIBILITY:
• Identify, acquire, develop and expand customer base in the different verticals within the Oil and Gas, EPC and/or Marine industry.
• Conduct presentation on proposals and deliverables to promote and achieve sales closure.
• Evaluate customer requests, provide solutions and price quotations.
• Follow up with customers/prospects on the RFQs/enquiry status.
• Customer relationship building and manage customers’ expectations by conducting regular visits and facilitating exchange correspondences.
• Keep abreast of market and industry development and give regular feedback and recommendation to internal organisation.
• Attend related industry events and exhibitions to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline and accurately forecasting sales revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Min Diploma holder / Degree
• Must have min 3 years Sales experience in Freight Forwarding industry preferably in the Oil and Gas, EPC and/or Marine industry.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on proactively acquiring new-to-bank HNW Sign-Ups, primarily targeting individual customers with potential for HNW Sign-Ups.
• Promote and offer a range of retail and priority banking products, including unsecured credit cards and insurance, to specific target segments.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders within the Client Acquisition (CA) team and external partners (e.g., property agents, brokers, and other sales agents) to increase HNW Client referrals.
• Engage affluent and mass-market clients by processing HNW Sign-Up requests through internal stakeholders, marketing campaigns, mortgage inquiries, employee banking events, networking activities, and roadshows.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings, conducting regular market research and follow-up activities to enhance product differentiation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Flexibility to work off-office hours and weekends as needed for networking events, campaigns, and roadshows.

Requirements:

• Relevant sales/acquisition experience in banking with a proven sales track record.
• Highly results-driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated with strong time management skills, capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage customers at all levels with assertiveness.
• Passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service, with the ability to handle complex and challenging situations.

Job Description

• Sponsorship Sales Strategy:Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract top-tier sponsors from China for B2B events in SEA.
  Identify, target, and engage with key prospects from relevant industries to the events
  Create tailored sponsorship proposals and packages based on client needs, market trends, and event content.
  
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors, key clients, and industry stakeholders across China.
  Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event engagement.
  
• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:Proactively source new leads and grow the sponsorship sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting on progress.
  
• Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate contract terms and finalize sponsorship agreements to secure new revenue streams.
