Job Description

1. Site Supervision: Oversee equipment structures, installations, deployments, facilities, and equipment at project sites.
2. Planning & Coordination: Develop resource requirements, work schedules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for site activities.
3. Work Review: Assess planned schedules and method statements before site work commences to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Compliance & Standards: Ensure all work aligns with design specifications and complies with safety, health, environmental, and stakeholder comfort requirements.
5. Defect Identification: Inspect site infrastructure for defects, damages, theft, accidents, or other incidents, and take necessary action.
6. Safety Training: Conduct safety training sessions to instill safety awareness among site personnel and enforce adherence to safety regulations.
7. Committee Participation: Actively participate in the Safety Committee to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements, including Authority Code of Practices (COP) and WSH, MOH & MOM guidelines.
8. Problem Resolution: Address unexpected issues or challenges that arise on-site, providing timely and effective solutions.
9. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on site progress, resource utilization, ongoing activities, and other relevant updates.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Project management involving Plumbing & Sanitary.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in M&E Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
• BCA Certificate in Plumbing & Pipefitting is an advantage.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in plumbing and sanitary construction.
• Strong leadership, management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
