• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical /site issues, constraint that arise during installation, working closely with engineers and technicians to provide solutions.

• Adjustment & Modification: Recommend and implement necessary adjustments or modifications during the installation process to address unforeseen issues or improve efficiency.

4. Liaison with Stakeholders

• Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring that the client's requirements and expectations are met.
• Coordination with Engineers: Work closely with Supervisor, Engineers, Designers, BIM team and Project Manager to ensure the installation meets design specifications and standards.

· Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to solution development.

4. Cost Control:

· Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates, seeking guidance from senior team members.

· Monitor project expenses and proactively identify potential cost-saving opportunities.

· Support procurement activities related to materials and equipment.

· Participate in contract management tasks for subcontractors and suppliers.

5. Schedule & Program:

· Collaborate with senior engineers to develop project schedules and programs tailored to specialized construction activities.

· Independently update and maintain project schedules to ensure timelines and milestones are met.

· Identify scheduling conflicts and propose potential solutions.

· Facilitate communication and coordination within project teams.

6. Safety & Quality:

· Adhere to and promote safety protocols and standards specific to specialized construction tasks.

· Participate in safety assessments, identify potential hazards, and report findings to senior team members.

· Assist in implementing quality control and assurance measures to meet project specifications.

· Support quality assurance teams in inspections and documentation of compliance.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

· Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

· Basic knowledge of construction techniques, equipment, and materials.

3. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH.

4. SHOULD COOPERATE FOR OVERTIME WORKING IF NECESSARY

5. SHOULD FOLLOW SUPERIOR'S INSTRUCTION TIME TO TIME

6. SHOULD BE FAMILIAR WITH SINGAPORE ROAD ROOTS

7. SHOULD HAVE CLASS 3/3C DRIVING LICENCE

8. SHOULD OBEY THE COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS

9. SHOULD BE READY FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING
