• Monitor progress against programme and cost against budget
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment
• Ensure works are compliant with the specifications and QA requirements

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Specialist Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years of relevant CSA & MEP project management experience i.e. RC works, Building works which includes experience in Data Center projects with 5 years in Site / Construction Manager roles and operational experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1、Assist site selection TPM, in following up the overall progress and node tracking and management of overseas server room new construction, expansion, contract renewal and cancellation;

2、Ensure that the document information provided by suppliers is accurate and complete, and communicated to the internal team in a timely manner;

Competence Requirements:
