• Prepare as-built drawings or BIM Model and compile O&M Manual for submission
• To assist in project coordination and oversee of all Civil and Structural works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings
• Review architectural & structural submission documents & submission drawings prior relevant authorities' submission
• Assist the Project team in site walk-down survey with other discipline engineers and Client representatives as required, in resolving technical issues until construction completion
• Liaise with internal and external parties for project management
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ HDB experience
• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Structural Engineering or equivalent approved by PEB, BOA or SISV
• Good knowledge of technical design and engineering, construction methodology and construction planning
• Good oral, written and inter-personal communications skills in dealing with individuals and groups at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and knowledge of BIM
• Independent, diligent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and cope in a fast-paced environment
• Obtain CONQUAS supervisor certificate will be added advantage

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations and ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

*Key Responsibilities*:

- Supervise electrical installation works at construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

- Coordinate daily site activities and monitor progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

- Provide guidance and technical support to electricians and other site personnel.

- Review electrical plans and drawings to ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.

- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper documentation of work performed.

- Ensure all electrical systems and equipment are installed in line with best practices and regulatory guidelines.

*Qualifications & Requirements*:

- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- At least 6 years of relevant experience in electrical site supervision.

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and construction safety standards.

- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with project coordination and site management is preferred.
