Job description:

· 5 years and above experience in building projects/civil preferred

· Good people management skills to coordinate with different teams.

· Able to work independently and possess good problem-solving skill.

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Review, update and coordinate all architectural work including shop drawings for the project.
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring alignment with the project schedule.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of resources.
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
• Ensure resources are utilized efficiently to prevent wastage and delays.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare, document and following up on important actions and decisions for and from meetings.
• Assist in the development of project strategies alongside the management.
• Track project milestones and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Ensuring projects adhere to necessary frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project as required.
• Providing administrative support when required.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Any other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Degree/ Diploma in Architecture /project management or its equivalent
• Relevant experience in similar role will be an advantage
• Resourceful, team player and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
