Job Description & Requirements • Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations on site. • Assist in the planning and deployment of manpower and resources to meet operational needs. • Ensure works are carried out in accordance to the project schedule, quality requirements and safety policy. • Supervise performance of site crews and subcontractor. • Monitor work progress, identify and resolve ground issues when required • Ensure availability of materials and equipment on-site to meet operational needs. • Work with inspectors and QA crew to ensure quality workmanship. • Liaise with subcontractors for cladding replacement works. • Requirements: • Minimum diploma in Engineering • 3- 5 years’ of relevant work experience in Construction industry, ideally for main-contractor. • Understanding of project flow for Construction / Civil Engineering work. • Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers and...
