• To study tender / construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
• Liaise with consultants, client & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities

Job Requirements:

The Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring that the work is completed according to project specifications, on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. Safety Oversight: Ensure that all construction activities follow health and safety regulations and that the site is a safe working environment.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes.

Resource Management: Oversee the delivery, storage, and usage of materials, tools, and equipment on-site, ensuring optimal usage.

Scheduling: Help develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring projects stay on track and within deadlines.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues on-site, including delays, material shortages, or unforeseen challenges.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring effective communication and reporting.

Documentation: Maintain daily reports on project progress, work completed, and any issues encountered. Document any incidents or safety violations.

Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage teams effectively.

Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) is often preferred.

Good communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.

Responsible for coordinating site works in M&E construction and improvement works which covers:

• Assist project manager and site manager in project implementation and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate site activities arrangement and liaise with consultants, clients and sub-contractors
• Perform site inspection and ensure that the work is carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing/ final approved drawing from authorities
• Supervise site works so that quality works can be achieved within a specific timeline
• Compliance to WSHA, safe work procedure and maintain good house-keeping
• Work proactively and positively with Subcontractors for ensuring good workmanships are produced in timely manners
• Lead and delegate work to a team of workers
• Able to prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and cost evaluation for tendering stage
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Description:

• To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work including manpower deployment, materials on-site and work schedules.
• Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors on day-to-day operations and technical issues
• Responsible for all trades of works on-site, including structural, architectural, building, M&E etc
• Ensure good quality of work and manage defect rectifications.
• Ensure work is done in compliance with design, specifications, safety requirements and related local statutory regulations.
• Check and supervise direct labor/workers including their attendance.
• To monitor materials on-site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
• Assist in the organizing and sequencing of work.
• Delegate the works and control the projects within the budget and schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) and at least 10 years of similar capacity relevant working experience in Construction.
• Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.
