• Experience with incident management, including post-incident retrospectives and resolution;
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, driving continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor solutions that improve reliability and performance of production services;
• Manage and resolve production incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and documenting post-incident reviews;
• Automate repetitive tasks, streamline deployment processes, and continuously enhance operational efficiency;
• Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to design scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions;
• Utilize monitoring and alerting tools to track system performance, availability, and scalability, ensuring timely responses to potential issues;
• Ensure all deployed systems adhere to security and compliance standards, managing potential vulnerabilities and security risks.
