The Site Engineer (Building) is responsible for assisting the Site Agent on the progress of site works and manpower related aspects of the project.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Monitor and review master construction program and preparation of catch-up program, if applicable.
• Monitor and supervise Engineers / foremen, ensure compliance to the quality procedures & standard of workmanship. Checking on quality and quantity of work by subcontractors.

· Liaising with contractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project:

· Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force:

· Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

· Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.

· Preparing VO and other reports as required.

· Other related duties, as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree , related in Construction
- At least 1 year related working experience in Building Construction

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.

- Willingness to learn & committed to accomplish datelines
