• Provide admin duties and clerical supports to project team·
• Create and maintain proper indexes for documents filed in records·
• Distribution of emails and correspondences·
• Document controlling of site records and reports·
• Assist the Project Manager in administrating documents &/or purchase orders·
• Update manpower movement constantly· Compile the documents according to ISO requirements.·
• Assist project team in liaising with Head Office for related administration and personnel matters.·
• Handle with site stationeries ordering.

Job Requirements.

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organisation and multi tasking skills.
• Min GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification.
• At least 3 year working experience in project site preferred

- Prepare costing for new project

- Prepare shop/As built drawing for submission to authorities using Autocad software

- Prepare documents for the submission of drawings to relevant authorities

- Going out to sites for checking and inspection

- Any other related work assigned by the Company

- NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical or related field

- Familiar with Autocad software/Microsoft Office

- Do not mind travelling to sites

- With working experience prefered

- Able to work and communicate with people from many other countries
