Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (Masters preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years managing international or cross-border portfolios.
Familiarity with global HR systems and practices.
Skills & Competencies:
Must be able to travel extensively and stay in the designated local operation for at least 2 months per trip.
Strong understanding of international labour laws and compliance.
Exceptional cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
