• Liaise with client to complete credit application, financial data and documentation.
• Assist Business Relationship Manager in credit evaluation.
• Process credit memo.
• Operational and credit verification including site visit when necessary

• Maintain updated records of loan applications and monitor progress of existing loans.
• Approach potential clients to establish relationship

The Global Wellbeing (GW) Team is responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global strategy and programs for all T&S teams. As a Wellbeing Operations Manager, your role is critical in bridging communication between the T&S Operation and the Global Wellbeing teams to pinpoint ways to improve our overall programming and serve the mental health needs at a customised site level. As an Assistant Area Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of F&B operations, overseeing a team of employees, and assisting the Area Operations Manager in executing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and a passion for improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist the Area Operations Manager in the oversight of daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the group of F&B Outlets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve high performance and productivity.
• Process Optimization: Help in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking operational performance metrics, preparing reports, and analyzing data to ensure KPIs and objectives are met.
• Staff Management: Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism, safety, and quality.
• Inventory and Resource Management: Support inventory control efforts and manage resources (equipment, tools, etc.) to maintain operational continuity.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and compliance standards across all operational activities.
• Project Coordination: Help coordinate and implement new initiatives, projects, or processes under the direction of the Area Operations Manager.
• Customer Service: Address any operational issues that arise, ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly and that service levels remain high.
• Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in managing the department's budget, ensuring costs are controlled and financial goals are met.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (HR, Sales, Logistics, etc.) to ensure operational alignment and smooth coordination across teams.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Food Hygiene Audit and Halal Competency Certificates will be advantageous
• Proven experience in F&B operations or a related role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with other operational management software such as POS .
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
