Seeking a highly talented and motivated Security Technical Project Manager to join the Client Corporate Security team. The role will be responsible for the successful delivery of all physical security technology projects in their region. Your work will include supporting the design, construction management, testing and commissioning of physical security packages for all Client Corporate sites

Prioritisation

• Prioritising initiatives is critical to the success of transformation objectives, those initiatives can be one, or a combination of, process-related, technological, organisational, or project-based in nature. Those initiatives need to be assessed through several lenses, such as strategic priorities (short- and long-term), budget availability, resource availability (both inside and outside of the CTO), and value creation.
• To do this successfully a holistic view must be taken, with a constant effort on stakeholder engagement, both within the transformation division and outside of it. The PMO and CTO senior management will be responsible for strategic prioritisation, and the Project & Prioritisation Manager will largely be focused on execution.
• This role will be on the ‘front line’ of innovation opportunities and will quickly assess the incoming items based on predefined criteria as well as on tacit experience.
• Initiatives must be able to be assessed expediently and funnelled in the most efficient and effective way for both the sender and receiver.
• An efficient, ‘green-lane’ mindset must be taken to enable important, tactical activities to be completed with the minimum necessary level of controls and administration.
• Identify initiatives which can be grouped so that they can be assessed by the CTO and ELT in manageable chunks of activities so that trade-off prioritisation decisions can easily be made.

Key Qualifications & Skills (What knowledge will ensure success in the role?)

Qualifications & Skills

• Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and experience managing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Organizational and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and project scope efficiently.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and manage expectations with stakeholders at all levels.
• Risk and Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in identifying risks early, implementing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Budget and Resource Management: Experience in managing project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial and resource constraints are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a transformation or technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Job Scope

-Assist to formulate, implement and review plans for the development of Grassroots Organisations (GROs) and the community. Attend monthly meetings of the GROs assigned and take follow-up actions.

-Provide administrative and logistical support and guidance to the GROs to facilitate effective implementation of their activities.

-Mobilise residents to participate in national campaigns and projects

Testing & Commissioning Manager

1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

· Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the commissioning process.

· Lead and develop the respective ownership of all activities pertaining to commissioning which will involve partial oversight of project engineers and site supervisors as it pertains to commissioning scope.

· Review and acknowledge/approve on all project documents including design drawings, equipment submittal, specifications, quality control plan and understand project requirements pertaining to start-up and commissioning compliances

· Participate in the key design reviews such as P&ID, Equipment Layout, and HAZOP to ensure that the pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the design of the facilities

· Schedule and execute all the required inspections and tests are being carried out in accordance with the approved plan and keep proper documentation.

· Liaise and coordinate with system provider, contractors and authorities, to establish the testing & commissioning schedule.

· Organize and lead the integrated test meetings with internal and external parties

· Development of Test & Commissioning Plans and Integrated Test Plans

· Ensuring that all systems and components are tested in accordance with project requirements

· Analyzing test results and identifying any issues or deficiencies

· Working closely with system provider / sub-contractor, design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during testing and commissioning

· Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during testing and commissioning activities

1. Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering and minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in testing & commissioning of SCADA system and building services
