To manage a condominium’s daily operations and to carry out policies set by the condo management board such as;

- Carry out inspections and provide inputs to the planning and execution Building Improvement Works

· As an AI Strategy Practitioner, you will apply industry and AI expertise to build data and AI strategy, business case and roadmap to identify AI value opportunities across the business value chain.

· You will create a Data & AI platform and capabilities blueprint, target operating model including implications for larger talent strategy.

· You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

· Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

· Architect and implement infrastructure for large scale training and inference of Gen AI models

Job Responsibilities:

Operations

• Responsible for overseeing people, processes, and day to day operations to ensure that store performs in line with business KPI
• Achieve Business KPIs set by management including revenue, labor and COGS and other expenses
• Analyse store performance to align with business KPIs
• Maintain high level of customer service as per brand standards. Always attend to guest requests and feedback to provide excellent level of customer service
• Manage, direct and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner by following brand’s SOPs
• Carry out mise en place duties, prepare and present dishes with highest quality to customers
• Manage overall manpower planning, including planning daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outlet
• Serve as a role model to demonstrate excellent behaviour to lead the whole team
• Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in F&B
• Comfortable with Microsoft excel, word and Power point
• Pleasant personality and results driven attitude
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
