Role Purpose (Why do we need this role?)

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving organisational transformation by managing the successful delivery of transformation projects that align with the organisation's strategic objectives. These projects can range from technology implementations to process improvements, organisational change, and other business transformation initiatives.

Either managing projects on a standalone basis or under the purview of the Transformation Programme Manager, the Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives by coordinating resources, managing risks, and working closely with stakeholders across the organisation. In doing so, you will have made progress towards our transformation journey by delivering quantifiable benefits. Key Qualifications & Skills (What knowledge will ensure success in the role?)

Qualifications & Skills

• Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and experience managing the full project lifecycle from planning to execution. Experience with IT projects is a plus, as well as familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and certifications (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Organisational and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, deliverables, and project scope efficiently.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and manage expectations with stakeholders at all levels.

WE ARE EMPLOYING A HR MANAGER UNDER EMPLOYMENT PASS TO MANAGE OUR COMPANY MARKETING AND SALES OF THE COMPANY . Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques

· Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency

Casework Engagement & Assessment

• Engage client and significant others (e.g. family, caregivers, etc.) in a therapeutic manner to understand their needs

• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) to ensure alignment with project and contract requirements。
• Facilitate and lead Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) sessions with stakeholders to address design and coordination challenges.
• Oversee modeling, clash detection, and advanced digital workflows, such as automation in clash detection, using data analytics for project insights, to optimize project outcomes.
• Manage team performance to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Mentor and train the BIM and VDC team to enhance technical skills and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment with project objectives.
• Review and refine digital workflows to ensure they align with evolving project needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field.
• For Manager: At least 8 years of BIM and VDC experience with proven success in two full project cycles.
• For Deputy Manager: At least 6 years of BIM and VDC experience with proven success in two full project cycles.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM and VDC or related field and BIM Management Certificate.
• Accreditation in DDM Tier 2 or above, or equivalent qualifications and skills as outlined in the DDM accreditation criteria.
• Advanced proficiency in BIM and VDC software and tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Tekla, Solidworks, Archicad, ACC, etc. and collaboration platforms.
• Formally trained in BIM and VDC software, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams and ICE sessions.
