Who You Are

We are seeking a motivated candidate with great communication skills and an understanding of the cybersecurity and network industry. This Presales role involves collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements, designing custom solutions, and offering technical expertise. You will play a crucial role in the sales process by helping potential customers understand how a product or service meets their specific needs, providing detailed product demonstrations and addressing technical queriers, ensuring clients see the full range of our offerings.

Your job will also include pitching the company’s products and services as suitable solutions, actively observe customer behavior and predict future needs for solution development. Ultimately, the role of the Presales Manager is to provide technical assistance to our sales team, drive revenue growth, and help build customer relationships that add value to the company.

The Role

To accomplish this goal, your typical responsibilities include:

1 Assist the sales team in qualifying potential opportunities by providing technical and functional expertise

2 Identify and understand the specific needs of the clients

3 Generate new sales opportunities

4 Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical requirements and business goals

5 Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify the most suitable network solutions for each customer

6 Work the sales team to create comprehensive proposals and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) with accurate and compelling solutions

7 Work closely with the sales team to develop account strategies and sales plans

8 Deliver presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients

9 Liaise with those developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers – and to let them in on user behaviour and/or any potential changes clients would like

10 Design and develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements

11 Prepare and present proposals and RFIs to clients

12 Respond timely and accurately to technical and functional product or service queries to clients during the sales process to help clarify any doubts and explain the product’s advantages

13 Work closely with the sales team and technical team to ensure coordination and smooth execution of sales processes

14 Consider new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products or services and their uses

15 Build and maintain strong customer relationships with potential clients throughout the presales process

16 Train the sales team on the technical aspects of the product or service

17 Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends to provide the most current information to potential clients and during customer interactions

18 Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote the company’s solutions

What Requirements You Need

1 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business qualifications or a related field

2 Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting. Leadership experience is a plus

3 Strong understanding of enterprise software and solutions.

4 Ability to lead and mentor the presales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to support sales efforts effectively

5 Clear, concise communication to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

6 Proficiency in creating and delivering persuasive presentations tailored to different audiences

7 Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts

8 Ability to research and keep on top of industry developments

9 Influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and guide prospects through the buying process by highlighting solution benefits

• Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements.

• Ensure all submissions and applications to the relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance, Combine all necessary documents for handover
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Attend immediately to any malfunction or breakdoen of any installation
• Once fault been resolved and the works have been completed submit to the Employer a status

Requirement

• Holding Minimum of diploma in Mechanical, Electrical , Construction Managment , Building Managment , from Polytechinic or education institute recongnized by the Professional Engineers Board, SISV or others body which may be recognized by the employer
• Minimum of three(3) years of relevant working experience , or Tier 3 Accreditation of Society of project manager (SPM) Or Accreditation Construction Professional C by Singapore Contractors Association Ltd(SCAL)

Facilities Manager

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

The Facilities Manager is responsible to assist the account in charge for the delivery and performance of FM contract deliverables for assigned sites. The role is the key point of contact with local client and key stakeholders across client sites for the areas of responsibility and its occupants, and act as their service provider liaison.

Facilities Management

• Establish a “Safety First” culture across sites and improve safety performance by championing our level of awareness and changing all staff and partner safety behaviours.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team as required to ensure delivery and achieve of high client service standards.
• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
• Schedule and manage the team's daily activities
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections quality quality assurance following local regulations or standards. Suggest operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities.
• Ensure compliance by ensuring renewal of all related government and statutory licenses.
• Ensure audit programs are fully implemented and complied with for quality assurance purposes
• Liaise with Technical team to plan, assign and supervise planned and reactive activities utilizing Corrigo
• To check on site repair and maintenance carried out by subcontractors to ensure work completion, quality and method of working for compliance with specification and ordinance requirements
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures. Review price quotes for the procurement of parts, services and labor for O&M related works/projects
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
• Develops and maintains a proactive relationship with internal and external customers and understand business needs of local customer
• Achieve Key Performance Indictors and Service Level Agreement targets
• Participate in emergency evacuation procedures including crisis management and business continuity.

Resources Management

• Cascade account objectives to the team into our JLL team’s Performance measuring system (Workday)
• Maintain an effective succession plan for yourself and all team members.
• Manage and engage in the on-going performance review process for all direct reports by required due dates.
• Arrange reliever support for required roles within the account

Vendor Management

• Monitor, measure and report upon the performance of all specialist vendors in terms of their ability to carry out the work against the agreed contractual budget
• Co-ordinate meetings periodically with contractors to ensure that required standards are established and maintained, and develop corrective action plans when, or if performance falls below expectations
• Program the attendance of specialist subcontractors at site ensuring strict adherence to client and JLL processes and procedure including Permit to Work, Method Statement and Risk Assessment.
• Work with supply chain to ensure the selection, procurement and management of specialist vendors

Financial Management

• Effectively manage site operating expenses to meet the budget.
• Assist with the production of capital expenditure and operational expenditure plans
• Ensure all financial processes are following and compliant as per JLL and clients’ competitive bids process, issuing of PO's, and receipting work.
