You will be responsible for planning and executing IT audits for the Great Eastern Group of Companies. You will also assist the Singapore Chief Internal Auditor, Group Internal Audit, to provide an independent and objective assurance to improve the Group’s IT control environment.

The Job

· Participate or lead in the planning and execution of audit assignments to ensure quality and timeliness of reports and deliverables;

· Develop risk-based audit plans and testing programs;

· Ensure coverage of relevant regulatory requirements and recommend improvements to corporate policies, procedures and practices to enhance IT control design and enforcement;

· Support business audits through integrated or thematic audits by providing technology expertise and evaluating IT controls supporting the business operations;

· Manage or participate in other ad-hoc assignments including special projects and investigations;

· Contribute to continuous monitoring of technology risk areas. Establish and maintain strong relationship with technology stakeholders including risk management and control groups;

· Assist in the follow-up with auditees on outstanding audit findings through the issuance of Audit Tracking Report and verification of resolved findings;

· Ensure that audit operating standards and procedures are observed, and requirements of the Quality Assurance Review are met; and

· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

Our Requirements

· 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in IT security governance, IT Infrastructure/Cybersecurity/outsourcing operations, Technology Risk Management in banking or FI;

· Knowledge or exposure to cybersecurity controls, infrastructure technology (i.e. cloud security, network, virtualization), ethnical hacking, application security, API, micro services and secure coding standards;

· Familiar with the regulatory requirements specific to technology risk management (e.g. MAS, RMiT, OJK);

· Good report writing, communication and presentation skills;

· Complete audit work papers and reports with minimal intervention by the audit manager/team lead;

· Provide continuous monitoring of technology areas, engage technology control partners to upkeep with the changing IT risk landscape of the group;

· Attention to details to ensure completeness and accuracy of audit coverage;

· Strong analytical skill, time management, independent and collaborative;

· Able to interact well with all levels of staff;

The Interface and Risk Manager will oversee the coordination of all interfaces and the management of risks across various stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams in the offshore substation project. This role ensures that potential technical, commercial, and operational risks are effectively managed, and that seamless communication and collaboration among the stakeholders are maintained throughout the project's lifecycle.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Interface Management:

• Act as the main focal point for all project interfaces between the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and all external stakeholders
• Ensure clear and timely communication between all parties, ensuring all interface-related issues are documented and resolved efficiently, and manage Interface management plan and the related deliverables.

Job Overview

To provide leadership in the management of the Refining department with focus on managing the Company’s interest in the refinery through its Board, UJV and various committees. Ensure refinery productions are well optimized through synergistic supply & planning activities with accountability for adding value to refining performance and other business units for overall Company’s benefit. Ensure safeguard of the refinery’s viability and competitiveness through appropriate commercial arrangements and project investments to continually enhance safety, compliance, reliability, efficiency,sustainability and yield/value generation.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and endorse business plans and proposals, and seek approval from the Board if necessary.
• Review and reach consensus with the JV partner for the governance of the refinery in its organisational structure including succession planning, key operation and commercial matters, business plans, intiatives, project investments and liasion with governmental authorities to safeguard the refinery's viability.
• Review, recommend and seek alignment with internal stakeholders for governance of the refinery.
• Perform fiduciary duties as a UJV and Board member in the refinery's Board, Compensation Committee , HSE committee and ERMC Committee with oversight/approving authorities.
• Advance progress and conclusion of major projects and term commercial arrangements through alignment of interests among all stakeholders.
• Review key PCWG matters regularly to ensure in-house projects, proposals and business plans decisions are made appropriately for timely UJV/Board approvals when required.
• Review and keep updated of refinery operations with focus on ensuring expeditious decisions are made to mitigate negative impacts on the refinery and our Company's performance.
• Provide guidance to Supply Planning activities and ensure production allocation principles are equitable and adhered to, internally and with other JV partner, in accordance with the refinery's Operating Agreement and agreed commercial procedures.
• Promote and drive refining team to maintain a high performance culture, team work and cohesion.
• Review and endorse proposed crude inventory and refining margin hedging plans for implementation and inclusion into Refining department's performance by Company's derivatives team.

Job Responsibilities

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in the refining business preferably with additional 5 years in-depth experience in supply or trading/commercial and operations functions.
• Possess good leadership skills.
