We require an experienced Operations Manager for our Cleaning Division.
Scope of Work
Operational Management:
Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Project Management
Team Supervision:
Lead, train, and manage cleaning teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for skill enhancement.
Client and Vendor Management:
Handle client relations to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
Evaluate and manage vendors, prepare /negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Equipment and System Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and operation of cleaning equipment.
Ensure preventive measures are in place to avoid downtime.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and submit operational reports and key performance metrics to management.
Job requirement
1. Diploma or equivalent
2. Experience: 8–10 years in Cleaning and facility management
3. Driving Licence : Class 3
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
