This role will focus on the successful migration of data from legacy server locations to Microsoft SharePoint and Teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the data migration project from legacy servers to SharePoint/Teams.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
• Manage risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans to address project challenges.
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and address roadblocks promptly.
• Facilitate effective change management to ensure user adoption and satisfaction with the new systems.
• Document and communicate lessons learned for future IT transformation projects.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of project management experience in IT, with a focus on global, multi-office initiatives.
• Proven experience in leading data migration projects involving Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security standards in a global environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and architecture, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and align global stakeholders.
• Experience working in private equity, financial services, or similarly regulated industries is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of a team – this would include recruitment, yearly appraisal and training of your team.

• Tenancy Management - Managing end-to-end of tenancy operations, including but not limited to the followings

1. onboarding and offboarding of tenants,

2. conducting routine inspections,

3. management of arrears and taking the appropriate action,

4. Designing policies for new initiatives (e.g. Bridging Programe, One Stop Services etc)

• Facilities Management - Working with contractors and stakeholders to ensure high standards of cleanliness, good maintenance of facilities and good environment of Hawker Centre. This includes

1. responsive incident management,

2. efficient table-cleaning, general and toilet-cleaning,

3. effective pest control,

4. preventive and routine maintenance,

5. cyclical repairs/redecorations,

6. attending to emergency

7. and ad hoc improvement works.

• Feedback Management & Stakeholders' Engagement - Addressing feedback and appeals professionally and regularly engaging stakeholders (e.g. stallholders, contractors, Hawkers Association, landlord and relevant authorities etc) to implement initiatives and resolve operational issues.

• Routine exercise – Taking a lead in planning and coordinating of activities such as fire drills, quarterly spring cleaning and community activities.

• Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering with at least ten years of relevant experience.
• Lead the Project Team.
• Manage the budget and cash flow of the project.
• Ensure the quality of all works to reach the desired CONQUAS score.
• Ensure workplace safety, health and environment.
• Lead the project team in various tender and project management activities.
• Perform project, workforce and material planning.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.

1. Familiar the whole shop operation and able to carry out any role in the shop (Prepare food/beverages/desserts/cashier and others)
2. Ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction, able to handle customer feedback effectively
3. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store
4. Stock contolling/goods ordering (sometime job is required to carry heavy stuff)
5. Manage resources to ensure smooth running of store operations
6. New full time staff or part time staff training (i.e. good knowledge about daily operation and able to explain clearly to team members during training)
7. Responsible for outlet sales target and KPIs
8. Responsible for outlet work duties arrangement,scheduling and reporting shortage or excess of manpower to Area manager regualrly
9. Other daily or monthly paper work required by HQ
10. Candidate with Food & Beverage Safety & Hygiene Policies and Procedure Certification will have an added advantage
11. Candidate with 2 years or above working experience in similar field will have an added advantage
12. Candidate must be able to converse in English and Mandarin in order to handle queries with different languages speaking customers/suppliers/colleagues
