Digital Product Manager
Key responsibilities:
· Drive the full product cycle from start to finish from Conceptualization through requirements gathering, design, development, testing and launch.
· Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders and technical teams to create project roadmaps and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met. Be the bridge between clients and the internal team ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
· Conduct market research, analyze competitor products and propose innovative product strategies.
· Create detailed product specifications, user stories and functional requirements.
· Work with development teams to ensure projects are on track while ensuring top-notch quality standards are consistently met.
· Analyze user feedback and product metrics to continuously optimize and improve products.
· Evaluate and integrate AI technologies into products to enhance user experience and functionality.
Key requirements:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
· Proven track record of successful digital product management with 5+ years of experience in the financial industry.
· In-depth understanding of financial industry, business processes, regulations and market trends.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze user data and derive actionable insights to drive product decisions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Strong understanding of digital product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum; experience in AI or machine learning product development.
· Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP or financial industry professional qualifications.
