The Social Work Associate is responsible for conducting intake, information and referral services. He /she would also conduct engagement and preventive activities to the clients and/or caregivers in an individual or group-based setting.

Your job scope includes:-

• Video Production: Capturing high-quality footage for social media marketing, either on-site or in a studio setting.
• Direction: Guiding clients and actors during shoots to ensure alignment with the storyboard and script.
• Editing: Utilizing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to edit videos, ensuring they meet the desired quality and style.
• Content Strategy: Collaborating on the creation of storyboards and scripts to produce compelling video content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
• Trend Integration: Staying updated with current trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and incorporating these elements to maximize engagement.
• Publishing: Assisting in uploading and managing video content across various social media channels to ensure optimal reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and track social media content to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Developing Marketing Materials such as brochures, posters, video and website content
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of events/exhibition in alignment with approved Marketing plans
• Maintain and track inventory for Marketing and promotional Materials such as brochures, namecards and corporate gifts
• Competent with Social Media platform/content management and paid advertising management (FB, IG, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Be involved with photography for all social media platforms
• Competent with using Canva (graphic design)
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing activities and outcomes
• Collaborate with sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

The Community Outreach Team (CREST) focuses on raising public awareness of mental health conditions and dementia, promotes early recognition of at-risk individuals, provides emotional support to individuals and their caregivers and links individuals to relevant health and social care services when necessary.

The Social Worker works in the field of Social Work to provide interventions and programmes, perform community development work and uplift the professional practice in Social Work. He/She conducts casework and group work as well as implement and evaluate community development activities and programmes to address service gaps in the community. He/She also provides support and guidance to Care Associates in the team and works in collaboration with other agencies and ministries in the course of his work.
