- Business Sales Management:
To work with business management to forecast and analyze the present sales position.
Describe and implement seasonal activations and tactics to meet predetermined sales goals.
Share with the team the necessary sales goals and tactics to increase sales.
In addition to forecasting, budgets and expenditures for marketing, welfare, and manpower must be planned.
To write and present monthly sales report.
- Salon Outlets Management:
Ensuring that hair salons run efficiently every day.
To organize, coordinate, and train employees in the positions necessary for efficient operations.
To establish management-aligned procedures and cultivate a positive workplace culture.
- Team Management and Staff Training:
To assemble and cultivate a team that embraces the values and objectives of the business.
To carry out both official and informal team reviews to make sure that knowledge is exchanged, gaps are filled, and objectives are in line.
To provide the team the direction and guidance necessary.
To develop, manage, and organize team training in order to foster technical and creative skills.
- Business Marketing and Development:
To determine and suggest marketing initiatives that improve revenue and fortify the business.
To collaborate with the group on planning, organizing, and carrying out activations.
To be familiar with the company and to be aware of the company's advantages and disadvantages in order to effectively expand it.
To continually track consumer trends and market situations in order to spot possible business possibilities.
To have a vast knowledge of Singapore market and able to develop sound plan in executing marketing platforms.
To develop constant outreach to customers.
To collate customers feedback and resolve possible issues.
To upkeep customers record in system ensure PDPA policy is practiced.
