Key Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Engage in regular communication with clients to anticipate future needs and identify new opportunities.
• Provide technical support to clients by participating in solution development, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve client issues and optimize product performance.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term business growth.
• Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and execute strategies to increase revenue.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical, and customer service teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Has 1 year of experience with fiber optics or relevant products in the industry
• Prior experience with Structured Cabling/ELV is an added advantage

• Manage the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.

• Support product positioning and customer demand, and guide product development from conception to launch.

• Evaluate product functionalities and performance and propose enhancements to products based on market feedback.

• Research and analyse potential partner relationships for the product and generate ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

1. Project Planning and Initiation:Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
   Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
   Identify key project milestones and set measurable objectives.
   
2. Team Leadership and Coordination:Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and IT specialists.
   Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that team members have the resources they need to succeed.
   Foster a collaborative environment to encourage knowledge sharing and efficient teamwork.
   
3. Stakeholder Management:Act as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the project team.
   Communicate project updates, risks, and achievements to stakeholders, including management, clients, and vendors.

4. Budget and Resource Management:Oversee the project budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and costs are kept within limits.
   Identify and resolve any issues related to resource shortages, technical limitations, or budget constraints.
   Prepare and review financial forecasts and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes.
   
5. Risk Management:Identify potential risks to the project and develop mitigation strategies.
   Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and make adjustments to avoid or minimize their impact.
   Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly regarding data privacy and security.
   
6. Quality Assurance and Control:Ensure that project deliverables meet the established quality standards.
   Conduct regular reviews and testing phases to identify and address any technical issues.
   Collaborate with the quality assurance (QA) team to perform testing and troubleshooting.
   
7. Change Management:Handle project changes and scope adjustments by evaluating their impact on timelines, costs, and resources.
   Ensure that any changes are effectively communicated to all stakeholders and properly documented.
   
8. Vendor and Third-Party Management:Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth delivery of IT components.
   Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics with vendors.
   
9. Project Monitoring and Reporting:Continuously monitor project progress against the defined timeline and budget.
   Prepare regular status reports for senior management and clients.
   Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) to track milestones, tasks, and overall progress.
   
10. Post-Project Evaluation:Conduct post-project reviews to assess successes and areas for improvement.
    Document lessons learned and share feedback with relevant teams for future projects.
    Ensure that all project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and system documentation, is properly completed and stored.
    

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of IT systems, software development, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, etc.
• Project Management Certification: Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are highly regarded.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate teams, as well as handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential problems and find solutions promptly.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how IT solutions align with company objectives.
