Our Medical Social Workers collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of stakeholders to regularly review individual residents' medical, nursing, therapy, and social aspects as part of delivering person-centric care. General Duties

• Work in partnership with the SBP team.
• Work collaboratively with professionals from respective social work organizations, the MSF, educational institutions, hospitals and any other organizations involved in the care plan of every child.

Monitor the residents to ensure that they are present in SBP, house or the activity you are supervising (or their whereabouts are known to you when they are not at the Home) and double check, communicate and give permission for residents to leave areas or activities under your supervision when it is requested or required.
2. Ensure that they follow and adhere to the structure in SBP.
3. Monitor the residents to ensure that they are physically safe and do not partake in any risky behaviour or activities which may cause themselves or others physical injury – especially during playtime.
