• Plan and manage all procurement activities conducted by the User Divisions to ensure timeliness of procurement and contract implementation

Responsibilities

• To follow-up with the main contractor and relevant consultants on the outstanding building defect list and bring it to a closure;
• Manage and oversee all service providers and contractors on all maintenance, operations and renovation works, and to ensure that all works comply with statutory requirements and code of practice;
