3. Banker guarantee mgmt.

4. Probation appraisal.

5. Resignation matters .

6. Policy review.

• Overall in charge of office administration, transport and security operations. Oversee all Outlets in the Company (Canteen, Coffee Corner, Convenience store, Vending machines).
• Develop and oversee proactive communication and employee relations programmes.
• Overall incharge of In-Hourse Clinic & Reception services to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Oversee Employee Communications (Handbook, Communication Meeting, Climate Survey)
• Oversee all Social, Recreational & Welfare activities
