It is a lean work team consisting of social work practitioners, who manage a diverse range of cases addressing issues including homelessness, financial hardship, employment difficulties, lack of access to education and basic needs, system barriers, caregiving stress, etc. The team also manage cases and referrals to and from other CWS centres, depending on the needs of the clients and relevant services catered to their needs. Role
