Havas Singapore is looking for an IT Manager, who will be responsible for managing all resources and activities related with IT Infrastructure to support our business and office in Singapore.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, good initiative, task management and prioritisation are the key factors to be successful in this role.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Ensure IT Infrastructure resources are available to the business, according to SLA agreed with the business side.
- Lead local IT team to perform and manage IT operation at its best on daily basis.
- Provide user support through IT helpdesk management and ticketing system, define proper prioritization and monitor issue handling and troubleshooting KPI.
- Act as local Information Security Officer to adhere to ISO27001:2022 certification requirements.
- Ensure the implementation of Global & Regional IT policies and procedures, including socialization and education to all stakeholders (users, executives, vendors, customers)
- Lead and manage IT projects with proper project management methodology
- Manage IT vendors in professional manners, transparent communication and compliance.
- Manage local VMs and Data Center under the perimeter of Singapore.
- Work closely with HR team for employee onboarding/offboarding, including top management special technical assistance if required.
- Manage local IT Budget and actual realization, and good coordination with Finance team.
- Provide regular report and proactively update of local IT projects status & operational, including escalation of issues on timely manner, to IT Director, SEA and CIO, APAC.
- Proactively identify areas for continuous improvement related with IT system and services.
- Adhere and promote compliance within IT department at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or engineering related fields from a reputable university.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years solid IT Infra technical experience and 2 years as Manager level.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive capabilities in troubleshooting Windows & Mac based OS, including M365.
- MS Intune, Jamf Pro, Meraki, LAN/WAN management, DC management.
- Project Management

- High standard level of communication with impact through verbal or written.
- Good initiative and ability to convert idea into concrete proposal and action plans.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to work systematically.
- Have positive mindset and self-motivated.
