Key Responsibilites:

The Senior Social Worker works in the field of social work. SHECARES@SCWO renders assistance to persons experiencing gender based online harms, also known as tech-facilitated gender-based violence. Our services are open to all, including men and women.

We provide help through calls on helpline, text messages through textline, and face-to-face counselling services for victims of gender-based online harms. Examples of the types of harms faced by our clients include online impersonation, cyberbullying, image-based sexual abuse, doxing and others We also collaborate with Pro-Bono SG (PBSG) to provide clients with pro bono legal assistance through regular legal clinics. Job Description

• Assess the needs of seniors requiring care or services and develop care plans.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of programs for seniors, including data collection and basic analysis.
• Coordinate care for seniors with relevant stakeholders.
• Document case notes.
• Facilitate appropriate service referrals for seniors.
• Participate in case discussions with external service providers.
• Provide case management services.
• Conduct needs assessments for seniors in the community.
• Prepare data for submission to relevant authorities.

Job Requirements

• Preferably a Degree in Social Work
• Preferably 2 years of experience in the social service sector or a related field

Technical Competencies

Job Summary

- Functions as a Social Work Assistant in collection of biodata of patient/family through interviews.
