Summary:

• 5 Days

Responsibilities:

• Review applications from AIC and interview clients and caregivers during the enrollment process for our programme or home. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate the strengths, resilience, and support systems of clients and their families.
• Build rapport with residents/clients and their families. Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing their concerns and goals, while promoting a positive outlook. Educate family members on clients’ physical and psychosocial needs, as well as ways to access internal and external resources.
• Provide case management for clients, coordinating with external agencies such as hospitals and polyclinics for those requiring financial assistance for medical appointments.
• Develop and implement Individual Care Plans (ICPs) for clients, offering therapeutic support as needed, and collaborating with other multidisciplinary team (MDT) members.
• Execute ICPs and monitor progress. Plan and implement programmes and activities aligned with SASCO values to meet client care needs.
• Coordinate with physical therapy (PT) and occupational therapy (OT) departments to help clients feel comfortable and confident.
• Submit 6-month ICP review reports and monthly client review records.
• Evaluate new, existing, and prospective clients based on their needs, preferences, and limitations.
• Update client particulars and social reports/reviews. Conduct casework evaluations and maintain case notes and documentation.
• Provide person-centered counseling to clients and families, addressing issues such as mental health concerns (e.g., depression, anxiety), coping with life changes, and adjustment difficulties.
• Conduct risk assessments for self-harm (e.g., suicide) and harm to others (e.g., family violence, elder abuse).
• Perform financial assessments and fund management, preparing periodic reports as required. Identify and refer cases for financial assistance, such as generating Means Test Subsidy Change Rate Reports from MOH for invoicing.
• Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work
• Passion/ Interest to work with the elderly in a healthcare setting
• 1 - 3 year of relevant experience

The role

You will be responsible for designing, steering, and continuously improving Love, Bonito’s global social strategy. You will play a key role in supercharging the brand’s social growth across key global social media platforms such as but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more through thoughtful and refreshing content and storytelling. You will serve as global social brand guardian, and collaborate closely with Love, Bonito’s key markets (SG, HK, US, PH, ID, MY) to build and strengthen Love, Bonito’s global social community and presence.

Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will analyse, report, and optimise social channel performance to ensure overall business goals are attained.

Main responsibilities

Strategy Development:

• Develop and roll-out a solid social media strategy, with strong content planning and storytelling frameworks on organic global social channels such as but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
• Lead the planning of global social media calendars, ensuring a consumer-first and data-driven approach.
• Lead daily social operations across global social platforms ensuring timely content posting and fostering effective engagement with followers.

Ideation and Analysis:

• Lead the creation and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives; collaborating cross-functionally with relevant teams such as the Creative, Copywriting and Country Marketing Teams to produce such content.
• Oversee community interactions by responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful engagement with our audience.
• Lead in the ideation and coordination of social media activations, including IG Lives and social giveaways.
• Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performances using tools like Falcon IO and Tableau.
• Continuously test and optimize our organic social media channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Lead and develop a lean and mean global social marketing team.
• Partner closely with HQ marketing functions to amplify key campaigns through social.
• Ensure full visibility and clarity group-wide on global social initiatives by effectively coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced environment or global context and preferably with managerial experience.
