1. Duties include supervising and managing the customer service team, training staff members to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensuring compliance with all company standards

2. Work with Human Resources staff to recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees.

3. Responsible for overseeing operations such as managing employees, handling customer complaints, and generating financial analysis

4. Responsible for training employees, coordinating work and schedules, and giving tasks to each employee according to their position

5. Overseeing inventory ordering of the items needed for the operations

6. Responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied at all times.

• MUST BE HAVE CAT1/3 shop experience

• Able to record treatments furnished to customers.
• Able to supervise and manage the team.
• Oversee the company operation and staffs duties
• Report to the director the company's operations and updates.
• Able to do overtime and might need to do long hours
• Able to commit on 6 days per week
• Experience Massage therapist and comfortable in massage workplace settings
• Experience in Branch Manager role 2 years and above
