RESPONSIBILITIES

The Early Intervention for Children (EIC) Services helps equip children with motor, communication, social, self-help and cognitive skills. THK EIC involves structuring classes around small groups encompassing early childhood special education, social work and therapy support services to stimulate their adaptive functioning and school readiness skills.

Role:

Conducts comprehensive client assessments to collect functional, environmental, bio- psycho-social, financial, employment, housing, and educational information as appropriate to develop a comprehensive case plan. The Social Worker maintains professional relationships with service users, acting as a guide, a support, an advocator and intermediary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Undertake and write up assessments (reviewed by the Senior Social Worker) that meet specified standards and timescales;

- Conduct interviews with service users and their families to assess and review their situation

- Offer information and counselling support to service users' families;

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager who is skilled in driving conversions, increasing sales, and engaging our online community. You will lead our social media strategy, create impactful content, manage campaigns, and handle customer inquiries to support our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conversion-Driven Social Media Strategy

• Develop and execute social media strategies that drive traffic, increase sales, and convert followers into customers.
• Identify and target high-potential customer segments with content that meets their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align social media efforts with sales goals.
• Monitor performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement in driving sales.

2. Content Creation and Optimization for Sales

• Create, curate, and optimize engaging content (posts, videos, ads) designed to drive conversions, including product promotions and special offers.
• Use tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar software to design visually compelling content tailored for different platforms.
• Regularly analyze content performance to adjust strategies and maximize engagement and sales.

3. Community Management and Customer Engagement

• Actively manage the social media community by responding to comments, messages, and enquiries quickly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address enquiries and feedback, enhancing customer satisfaction and trust.
• Handle enquiries from social media channels, guiding potential customers towards booking appointments or making purchases.

4. Social Media Advertising and Campaign Optimization

• Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns to generate leads and increase sales.
• Develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet and exceed sales objectives.

5. Lead Management and Sales Support

• Implement systems to track and follow up on leads generated through social media.

6. Trend Monitoring and Strategic Adjustments

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Adapt strategies based on changing trends and user behaviors to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
• Introduce innovative methods and tools to enhance engagement and drive sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in social media marketing, driving conversions and sales.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS, etc.), with experience in community management and customer engagement.
• Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing software (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Excellent communication, creative, and analytical skills to craft compelling content and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Produce written and video analysis content across key asset classes for the consumption through social media.
• Monitor developments in the markets and produce timely, compelling written and video content around those developments utilizing fundamental, technical and sentiment analysis.
• Funnel their own content effectively into various social media platforms with varying requirements on post size and even voice – with an aim to pushing engagement back to full analysis on our properties.
• Push insights from internal tools and other colleagues with specialties in other markets to social media platforms to build awareness of the company’s broad expertise.
• Support the development of important evergreen and educational content.
• Work with the Content, Design, Product, Technology, Commercial and other internal teams to ensure market commentary content meets the needs of traders.
• Attend and contribute to regular social media and global content planning, as well as meetings with other global stakeholders.
• Work with your line manager and comp manager for specific and appropriate KPIs.
• Run reports to evaluate the effectiveness of content in different social platforms, leveraging those insights to determine useful testing.
• Produce and distribute commentary to media and provide follow-up responses to questions as they arise.

To land this role you will need:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Strong understanding of FX, commodity, and indices markets and how to communicate them within a beginner, intermediate or advanced audience.
• Experience producing compelling content utilizing fundamental, technical and/or sentiment analysis.
• Social media expertise required and working within platforms with strong familiarity with main social media platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn or others within the industry space.
• Experience working in virtual teams and working remotely with international resources & stakeholders.
• A demonstrated personal interest in the markets and trading
• Knowledge of SEO best practices a plus.
• Fluent in additional language (preference: Mandarin Chinese)
