• Develop project plans, including workflow, timelines and budgeting and managing resources

Audit and Compliance Review

• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process for the Singapore entities, liaise with external auditors.

• Assist with the annual review of the Finance and Accounting policies and procedures to evaluate the efficiency of controls, policies and procedures.

Other related duties

• Provide direction, guidance and mentoring to the Finance team, including critically evaluating existing work processes and performance with the aim of rationalization and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of all facilities within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
