RESPONSIBILITIES

Casework and Counselling

• Engage client and significant others (e.g. family, caregivers, etc.) in a therapeutic manner to understand their needs
• Manage and overcome reluctance and resistance to change
• Implement and follow up on care/ case plans and interventions to determine the suitability of care/ case plans in addressing client's needs and modify them where necessary

Responsbilities:

• Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients.

This role will lead the design and continuous improvement of business processes to drive operational efficiency, enhance performance, and reduce costs, focusing on Strategy, Systems, and Projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in shipping, with a preference for experience in operations and Marine Operations Systems product design.

Key Responsibilities:

· Business Process Design & Enhancement: Spearhead the creation and ongoing refinement of business processes to improve operational efficiency, optimize performance, and minimize costs. This includes drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and developing visual process flow diagrams.

· Identifying & Addressing Process Gaps: Proactively assess workflows across headquarters and agencies to uncover inefficiencies and gaps, then implement effective solutions to streamline and improve operations.

· Optimization & Automation of Processes: Actively seek opportunities to enhance processes and integrate automation for critical operational tasks, reducing reliance on manual work and boosting productivity across the board.

· Familiarity with business process management, automation initiatives, and big data tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

· A self-motivated and adaptable individual with a strong analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.
