The Project Manager is a member of the Projects team and reports to the assigned Director of Projects. Key responsibilities include:

1. Support end-to-end development, scoping work packages across technical, economic and safety aspects of the projects.

GCMD employs a number of project managers on the different projects that it has launched. This specific hire will focus primarily on ammonia initiatives. Thus, familiarity and experience with marine fuels and ammonia handling is a plus.

• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. Negotiate such changes with a partner, as they need to do tech work on their end as well.

Analyze the quality of support we provide to our partners and their customers. This means understanding how well our responses solve the cases raised, what we can do to improve the resolution rate and reduce the amount of contacts by working with the internal teams for your partner and for the whole region in particular. Collecting feedback from assigned partnerships to identify key improvement areas.

• You have at least 3-5 years of working in the banking or fintech industry space
