• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and refine project timelines, milestones, and other relevant documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time with the highest quality of service.
• Understand, process, and coordinate client change requests in a clear and concise manner, then allocate tasks and action items to the internal team for execution within defined sprints or timeboxes.
• Identify potential obstacles, proactively mitigate risks, and escalate issues to ensure early and effective resolution.
• Apply and enforce company SOPs and best practices to ensure efficient project management, while continuously reviewing and recommending improvements to processes and workflows.
• Foster and share knowledge of design and tech-driven project management best practices with the team.
• Coordinate with main contractors and vendors for preparation, setup, training, and handover.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience with a proven track record of successfully managing both permanent and temporary installations.
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently while also being a strong team player.
• Experience in event management, with a preference for those with experience in setting up digital experiences.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, effectively interacting with both external stakeholders (clients and vendors) and internal teams (Management, HODs, Design, Software, and Ops & IT departments) across various levels and backgrounds.
• Able to manage day-to-day project operations as well as people management challenges.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively through email, phone, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack), or in-person in a boardroom setting.
• Resourceful, positive, and proactive team player with strong analytical and planning abilities.
• Self-motivated to continuously upskill through educational workshops, professional publications, networking, participation in professional societies, and benchmarking best practices.

Job Scope:-

• To achieve set fundraising targets through planning and implementation of assigned fund-raising events and campaigns.
• To manage key donor accounts, primarily individuals, churches, schools and the general public. This role involves regular communications, tracking donations and development of the donor engagement plan.
• To support Manager in strategizing evaluating and developing plans to build donor and volunteer networks, engagement and relationships
• To analyse donation data to enhance engagement strategies
• To research and identify donor prospects
• To help develop messaging angles and approaches of fundraising appeals
• To analyse data on campaign performances and donor data with the view to enhance donation, relationships and partnership outcomes

Job Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Min 2 years experience in social service / healthcare / non profit setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice
