RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Digital Communications Manager whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Digital Strategy Development and Execution

• Develop and implement a cohesive digital communications strategy aligned with GyroGear’s mission, vision, and growth goals.

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all content and platforms, maintaining alignment with GyroGear’s identity.

4. Social Media and Online Presence

• Manage GyroGear’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), ensuring timely, impactful, and sales-aligned posts.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
• Engage with online communities to build relationships and foster advocacy.

5. Analytics and Reporting

• Track and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for digital and PR campaigns, including media reach, conversions, and engagement rates.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite) to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.

6. Stakeholder and Team Collaboration

• Partner with the Online Sales Manager to create synergy between digital communications and e-commerce efforts.
• Liaise with external partners, including PR agencies and content creators, for flawless campaign execution.
  • Mentor and train team members on digital communications and PR best practices and trends.

7. Innovation and Trends

• Stay informed on industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies to keep GyroGear’s digital strategy innovative.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in digital communications, PR, and e-commerce marketing, preferably in the healthcare, technology, or startup sectors.

Job Description:

• To comply with the FSA, including all SFSM duties as specified and in accordance with statutory requirements;
• Prepare an Emergency Response Plan, revise and update it when necessary for the premises;

In this role, you will be responsible for managing cross-asset derivatives portfolios outsourced by AIA Insurance Business Units to AIA IM, blending a proper perspective on financial and derivatives markets and an effective and disciplined risk management approach. Derivatives Portfolio Management:
