• Experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign/Social Media marketing, Brand management and/or PR.
• Develop marketing plans, prepare proposals and decks.
• Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
• Strategize and manage social media accounts.
• strategize, optimise, and manage ads (Google, YouTube, Social Media, TikTok).
• Manage KOLs for various campaigns.
• Client and community management via events, workshops, and seminar.
• Experience in digital marketing and content management.
• Evaluate performance and provide recommendations to improve Campaign performance.
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities.
• Manage simultaneous projects from a variety of verticals.
• Write and proofread effective copies.
• Design basic marketing assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the industry

THKMC is the charitable arm of Thye Hua Kwan Moral Society, which lives by the mission To Serve Mankind to help anyone who needs help regardless of their race, religion, colour, language, creed and culture. THKMC today serves more than 70,000 beneficiaries through more than 70 programmes across five Services, which include Disability, Early Intervention for Children, Family, Seniors' Community, and Therapy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Casework Engagement & Assessment

• Engage client and significant others (e.g. family, caregivers, etc.) in a therapeutic manner to understand their needs
• Manage and overcome reluctance and resistance to change

Casework Case Review & Documentations

• Implement and follow up on care/ case plans and interventions to determine the suitability of care/ case plans in addressing client's needs and modify them where necessary
• Draft social reports for complex cases to be reviewed by supervisor

Casework Goal Setting & Intervention Plans

• Conceptualise and identify appropriate approaches to develop care/ case plan for client
• Help clients to develop and choose strategies and formulate viable plans
• Represent case in case conference

Group Work

• Target and reach out to individuals and/ or targeted groups who may benefit from group work conducted by organisations/ agencies
• Plan, implement, monitor, evaluate and modify therapeutic group work to address issues of target groups
• Facilitate high risk therapeutic group work under supervision

Community Work

• Conduct environmental scans and assess community needs
• Design, develop and implement community-specific development programmes (e.g. aging community in a specific neighbourhood)
• Participate in community development initiatives and provide recommendations for consideration

Professional Development & Education

• Engage in learning opportunities (e.g. participate in community of practice meetings to develop skills and capabilities)
• Attend professional development courses to acquire professional knowledge and skills

Programme Development & Implementation

• Participate/ implement programmes (e.g. strengthening activities appropriate to clients' profile)
• Review and refine programmes to target client groups or other stakeholders/ partners/ agencies
• Identify service gaps in response to client needs and make recommendations to improve service provision of programmes

Research

• Participate and support research
• Engage in multi-disciplinary team research projects

• Bachelor's Degree majoring in Social Work from universities recognised by the Social Work Accreditation and Advisory Board (SWAAB) of Singapore
• Independent, creative, flexible thinking and able to motivate staff
• Good people skills
• Has strong understanding of the diverse cultures and race
• Has patience, love, passion and commitment in the family services

Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities currently manages five FSCs strategically located in Jurong West, Bukit Panjang, Tanjong Pagar, MacPherson and Bedok North.
