ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations

-Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

Sales and Profit

-Responsible for the Sales and Profit performance of every outlet

-Conduct monthly sales analysis and implement action plan for areas of improvement

-Responsible for outlets’ petty cash expenditure

-Monitor and be responsible for outlets’ maintenance and repair costs

-Ensure proper cash handling controls such as accurate daily cash reports, change funds and petty cash funds.

Marketing

-Monitor and track industry and market trends as well as consumer spending habits; develop and present action plans to achieve and/or exceed sales forecast

-Ensure smooth implementation of new products, promotions and other sales and marketing activities through proper planning, organization and coordination of activities.

-Maintain a record of each outlet’s sales trend before, during and after the launch of any marketing activity

-Serves as a quality controller for all signage, posters and decoration of the outlets to ensure that they are aligned with the company’s branding.

Recruitment

-Recruit employees through an objective selection and interview process

-Ensure that all staff are oriented and trained according to SOP

Responsibilities

• Ensure the successful implementation of the business strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables
• Monitor programme reporting and assist the team in reporting to senior management and stakeholders
• Establish frameworks and standards for programme and project management manage and compile programme related financial and KPI information oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed
• Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the programme
• Planned track financial reporting whilst ensuring that the programme and projects adhere to the agreed budget
• Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained

Requirements:

• Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects
• Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project with teams of 5 to 25 people
• Experience of project management using AGILE methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies
• Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment
• Knowledge of benefits and dependency mapping, risk management and resource planning
• Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project
• Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations.

As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for ideating, creating, amplifying, and refining content that showcases our expertise and thought leadership in sustainability. Key Job Responsibilities

Content Creation & Thought Leadership

• Conceptualise, validate and develop fresh, insightful content ideas that reflect cutting-edge, futureproofing thinking in the relevant sustainability fields.
• Research, structure and translate complex ESG topics into original, engaging, and actionable knowledge content illustratively.
• Generate high-quality content, including agendas, newsletters, concept notes, whitepapers, case studies and presentations, that clearly articulate our ESG thoughts effectively to drive audience engagement.
• Source, select and secure speakers for the curated content through research, networking and existing contacts.
• Produce captivating thought-leadership content from Gprnt-curated events, dialogues, stage sessions, roundtables. You will be tasked with distilling and translating key learnings from such physical activities into engaging, digestible pieces tailored for various platforms, including but not limited to our corporate website, social media channels, email campaigns, and newsletters.

Content Promotion & Refinement

• Work with other members of the team to develop and execute strategies to promote content across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, and email marketing.
• Monitor and analyse content distribution performance and feedback, using insights to refine future content creation and distribution.
• Regularly update existing content to maintain its relevance, factuality and captivation.
• Ensure content is well-organised, compelling, and adheres to our overall brand guidelines.
• Support senior management in external engagement through content curation, storytelling and proofreading.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with other members of the team, including the Programme Manager and Events Manager, to ensure content alignment with key Gprnt initiatives and overall ecosystem programming goals.
• Collaborate with internal / external subject matter experts and industry partners on joint programming and content creation / curation tasks.
• Coordinate with marketing and communication channels to ensure timely, cohesive content distribution and consistent messaging.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in content creation and management, preferably within the ESG, sustainability, tech, fintech or related sectors.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the demonstratable ability to translate original ideas into engaging content including illustrative texts, info packs, presentation decks, and concept notes.
• Creative and strategic thinker with executional competency.
• Attention to details and swift in taking action to get things done.
• Strong grasp of ESG concepts and their real economy implications preferred.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment preferred.

1. Sourcing and Screening: Actively seek out and identify potential job openings that align with the skills and experience of mature workers. Conduct thorough screening processes to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles
